Rebate Processing

 

The Client:  National Automotive Retailer

 

The Situation: The client needed help enhancing the rebate customer experience.  The stores had no way to neatly display the tear pads or a system in place to remove old tear pads and only display current promotions.  To add to the confusion, many of the rebate offers were handled/fulfilled through various vendors, so there was not consistent messaging to the consumer.  Participation in the program was low because of the difficulty of locating tear pads and the lack of having a simplified online solution.  It was clear a complete rebate program overhaul was needed.

 

The Afligo Solution:  The solution was to have the retailer utilize Afligo’s Rebate Processing platform which would help streamline their processes & procedures, offer a cost savings and provide the best solution for their end-users.

 

The Result:  Afligo was able to work with the Retailer to consolidate all of their rebates onto a single monthly sale circular, print the rebate form on the receipt at the time of purchase, and eliminate tear pads.  Also, a significant improvement in the process was to utilize Afligo’s online Paperless Rebate Platform.  Today, the shopping experience has greatly improved and for both the customer and for store employees.  Participation in the program is at an all-time high and the retailer is benefitting from increased sales, increased store visits and ultimately happier customers!
