The Situation:  The client needed help streamlining a process for issuing payments to nurses who participated in an online market research survey. At the time they were going out and purchasing gift cards at the local grocery store and then mailing them out to the nurses manually one by one. This process was not only extremely inefficient, but it was also costly and time consuming.

 

The Afligo Solution:   The solution was to utilize Afligo’s Payment Gateway platform which would help streamline their processes & procedures, offer a cost savings and provide the best solution for their end-users.

 

The Result:  Afligo was able to help the client achieve their goal by using Afligo as a platform to integrate their online market research program and payment processing. The client simply sends Afligo a file through a secured FTP site whenever they need payments to be sent out. The file is processed that same day and their customers now receive a pre-paid American Express Reward Card in a matter of days after taking the survey rather than waiting multiple weeks for a payment.
